Steve, a US Air Force veteran, began his career in DC power in 1994 with Yuasa Exide, later named Enersys. In 1999, Steve was hired with Mountain Power & Communications, and twelve years later became owner of the business. Steve is an avid racquetball player, skier, and automobile enthusiast.

Erik started working on DC power in 2005. He worked for four years for Enersys in the southeast and midwest regions. In 2010, he launched a service group for Mountain Power & Communications and in 2016 became part-owner of the business. In his free time he enjoys fishing, hunting and exploring the numerous outdoor amenities Colorado has to offer.
